How to Become a Member
Only a holder of a Class B Ordinary Share in Saujana Resort (M) Berhad (“Class B Shareholder”) is entitled to apply for Membership of SGCC. In applying for Membership, the Class B Shareholder may either apply in his/her name (not applicable to a Class B Shareholder which is a company) or nominate a third party, subject at all times to the Club Rules, Regulations & By-Laws of SGCC (“Club Rules”) and to payment of a Nomination Fee, where applicable.
Membership Department
On all matters pertaining to SGCC Membership administration, please contact the Membership Department at 03-7846 1466 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5.00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). Membership application documents can be collected from, and submitted to, the Membership Department during these hours. Kindly ensure that the documents are duly completed before submission.
Note:
All enquiries pertaining to Saujana Resort (M) Berhad shares, whether Class A or B, should only be directed to the Company Secretary of Saujana Resort (M) Berhad at bshare.enquiries@peremba.com.my
RM5,000.
RM702 (Inclusive of 8% service tax) per month
RM2,700 (Inclusive of 8% service tax). No nomination fee is payable for the first nomination by a Class B Shareholder.
* This Fee will be reviewed in 6 months’ time.
